Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order ship?

Orders are fulfilled within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships. Total delivery time in the US is typically 8–13 business days from the order date.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days after fulfillment. Customs fees and import duties are the buyer's responsibility.

What if my shirt has a defect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 14 days of delivery at jalopzp4@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right.

How do I choose my size?

All shirts are Bella+Canvas 3001, a classic unisex fit that runs true to size. If you're between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up. When in doubt, check the Bella+Canvas size chart.

Can I return my order?

Because every item is printed on demand, we can't accept returns for size issues or change of mind. We do replace or refund items that arrive defective. See our Returns Policy for details.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves the print facility. Use that number at the carrier's website to track your package.
